Energy Working with a consortium of 21 North American utilities, DCI develops seven distribution asset failure frequency curves and an analytically rigorous web-based simulation model that allows users to evaluate the implications of strategic decisions for dealing with aging assets. With DCI’s help, a major southern utility is successful in a cost recovery proceeding.
