Davies Consulting, Inc. (DCI) is an international strategy and management consulting firm founded in 1991 to serve global Energy and Healthcare companies. We bring to each of our client engagements extensive strategy and process consulting experience, subject matter and best practice expertise, and analytic knowledge and solutions. Our goal is to build relationships that promote positive results for our clients.
We believe that in today's rapidly changing business environment, successful consulting engagements need to use a client-driven approach, rather than a consultant-driven process. In consultant-driven engagements, the consulting firm commits many resources to developing and creating recommendations, but leaves with its skills and knowledge whenthe project is complete. In contrast, with our client-driven approach, the client leads and has responsibility for the effort, using the consultant as a resource to provide structured and tested process support, subject matter expertise, technical skills, project management, coaching, and facilitation. This type of collaboration allows the client to learn and bring in-house all of the consultant's skills, reducing the need for outside assistance in future efforts.
DCI History
Davies Consulting, Inc. was founded by Grant Davies in 1991, based on his desire to provide organizations with a results-focused approach that emphasizes the human, cultural, and strategic elements of change. Since the firm's inception, our consultants have worked with numerous private and public practice clients, including over fifty Fortune 500 companies, to translate improvement strategies into bottom-line results.
